The Schoeps AC 20 Elastic Suspension is a premium shockmount specifically engineered for Colette Series microphones (CMC 1 U, CMC 6, CMD 42) or microphones with a 20mm diameter. Designed for both studio and stage environments, it provides a reliable support for your microphone, keeping it isolated from vibrations and handling, making it an essential accessory for professional-grade audio capture.
The AC 20 comes with two pairs of professional-quality CINELA isolators (stiff and soft). The isolators can be exchanged for optimal decoupling. Different stiffnesses can be used for the front and rear isolators. Also included is a cable clip to minimize unwanted cable noise.
Easy to use, the microphone can be inserted and removed by simply squeezing the sides of the shockmount. The tilt angle of the microphone is adjustable for precise positioning. The base of the unit features a 5/8"-27 thread, with 3/8"-16 and 1/2" thread adapters included for versatile mounting options on a stand.
