Derived from the renowned CMIT series, the KMIT boasts acoustical characteristics identical to the MiniCMIT and the CMIT 5 (known by many in the industry as the "Blue One").
The KMIT is fully compatible with all amplifiers of the Colette series including the CMC 6 and CMC 1 analog amplifiers as well as the CMD 42 digital amplifier. With the CMD 42, the KMIT can be used as a digital shotgun microphone, which can be seamlessly controlled via the Schoeps Remote App, offering precise adjustments. For convenient boom operation, the KMIT includes a built-in, steep low-cut filter, ensuring optimal performance in demanding audio environments. Immune to moisture, the capsule can be used outdoors under changing conditions.
