ZyXEL NWA50AX Reviews
NWA50AX OpenWRT firmware
By Noah
Rated 5 out of 5

I bought this AP because of the price and support for using openWRT firmware. After following the instruction on openWRTs site I was able to flash the new firmware without issue. Using openWRT adds features like RADIUS authentication and dynamic VLAN support to this AP effectively turning this into a higher end AP at a lower price. Note ZyXEL doesn't officially support doing any of this, so it's at your own risk if you flash custom firmware.
