Great tool for viewing, recording and even switching. I use the 4 SDI ISO record feature more than anything else. On screen video tools are helpful as well.
A classic device that works exactly as advertised

As long as you have the right way to mount this unit into a rack or with very strong magic arms and 1/4-20 accessories, this is an essential tool. Recording four 1080p ISOs, switching a program feed, SDI In/Out, HDMI in/out, and XLR audio are essential features which I use regularly. In other contexts, using this as a single-input 4K monitor is also quite useful. Separating this functionalist into discreet components would require a Black Magic ATEM Constellation, four high quality monitors, a bigger Edison power outlet footprint, and four sync'd outboard recorders (not to mention the next of cables to accomplish all of that). As a standalone unit for quick deployment of a (battery-powered) 4-camera 1080p live stream or capture, this is invaluable and peerless (at this price point).
