The 62mm Magnetic Instant Action Conversion Ring from Hoya acts as middleman between the filter and the adapter ring, allowing any Hoya (or other brand) filter to magnetically attach to your camera lens. The user must be utilizing the Hoya Instant Action Adapter Ring.

These rings work really well. I love that I now have the ability to switch filters quickly using these conversion rings. They hold filter tight so that they won't dislodge when making abrupt movements, but aren't so tight that they become difficult to remove. I have found that they do a good job of holding heavy filters. A a bonus, if you are using the magnetic filters from Prism FX I can confirm that their filters can be used with the Hoya adaptor ring. This is a solid product.
