Cover a ride with scratches all over it sent out another one same scratches my Cousin ordered directly from Rode. Hers is perfect. Donât order from B&H.
I ordered my RØDECasterVideo together with a cover. However, the cover was backordered. When it arrived It showed weird scratches on the top and one side of the cover. I took pictures and sent them to B&H. They apologized (which was not their fault) and immediately sent me a replacement, which was just fine. I didn't need to send the other one back. That was a super-positive experience, especially because of how fast B&H responded to my email and photos. Thank you very much!
