I attached this to a lightweight tilta shoulder mount and it fit perfectly. Great way to extend the servo control away from the camera. The ability to adjust the angle is nice. Recommend

Would the Tilta Handgrip Extender connect to the Tilta Side Mounting Plate for Sony FX6?

Normally, the Tilta Handgrip Extender for Sony FX6 is attached to an arm connected to the Tilta FX6 cage, which has the rosette. Please see B&H # CAC2657 below, which we think is the best option to use to connect to the Tilta side mounting plate (also listed below): CAMVATE ARRI-Style Rosette with 3/8"-16 ARRI-Style Accessory Mount, B&H # CAC2657 Tilta Camera Cage for Sony FX6 with V-Mount Battery Plate (Advanced Kit), B&H # TIEST20BV

Does this adapt to a standard Arri Rosette, or is it one of titla's proprietary rosettes?

The handle side for the Tilta Handgrip Extender for Sony FX6 is built to attach the FX6 hand grip only. The Rig Mount Rosette is a standard ARRI Rosette mount to attach to an arm that you provide. A cable to connect the grip to the FX6 is included. The cable extends 17.7 to 39.3".
