Adjustable Mounting
This plate can be mounted horizontally or vertically and has two screw slots for adjustable positioning using the included 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 camera screws.
Made of an aluminum alloy, the plate has nonslip rubber pads on top to help prevent your camera from twisting.

I got this to use with my manfrotto fluid head, it does not fit, there is an extra shoulder on the edge that prevents it from fitting, I was able to swap it with another similar one from a shoulder rig I have, but be carful when purchasing that it will actually fit
