MUTINY 12G Isolator

Protect your 12G-SDI port on your camera, monitor, or device with the 12G Isolator from MUTINY. Because SDI cables should be disconnected when changing power to keep your equipment grounded, MUTINY has developed this isolator that removes the need to remove the SDI cable when swapping batteries. The compact unit plugs into your 12G-SDI port and features a BNC input for your cable. Then, all you have to do is flip the switch to cut the power between the cable and your gear, still maintaining ground, setting it into ISO (isolation) mode.

An LED to indicates whether power is off or flowing. It is powered using a separately available 2-pin cable such as a Safetap V4 power cable, and it also has a 2-pin power passthrough output for accessories such as a wireless transmitter or on-camera monitor. Two passthrough slots on allow you to mount the unit onto your camera or cage with the included screws.
