OWC Thunderbolt 5 USB-C Cable Reviews
Quality Thunderbolt Cable
I purchased this quality cable to use as a toggle between SSD external drives. So far, it functions well and the speed seems to be excellent. Cheaper than purchasing directly through OWC. Thanks B&H!
Some issues with 5k monitor recognition
I have an Ubuntu desktop and Mac Studio connected to a 5k Kuycon P27Z monitor. The Ubuntu machine connects via Displayport and the Mac using this OWC cable. Switches between connections feeding the monitor are often not recognized by the Mac unless I change Thunderbolt ports on the Mac. This is not an issue with my shorter OWC Thunderbolt cable though, which manages toggles between devices on the display just fine. Fairly disappointed as I expected this would work without issue given the cable is made by OWC.
