Vanguard QS-56P Quick Shoe

The Vanguard QS-56P Quick Shoe is an ultracompact Arca-type quick release plate with a 1/4"-20 camera screw, a non-twist spring pin, and anti-slip rubber pads to provide a solid link to your chosen spotting scope, video camera, or long lens in just seconds. This plate allows for the thread to be moved forward and back while being supported by a non-twist spring pin, which enables the best balance and makes sure that your equipment is always facing the correct direction. 

The base of the plate features two removable pins that stop the head from slipping out of the traditional Arca-style clamps, if accidentally left untightened. These pins can be removed if your head doesn't support them. The quick shoe can be attached to the base of the spotting scope or long lens by hand using the D-ring, an Allen key, a coin, or a screwdriver.
