COLBOR Wonder W60R RGB LED Monolight

Highly versatile in terms of portability, control, and power options, the Wonder W60R RGB LED Monolight from COLBOR has a camera-like, palm-sized design ideal for on-the-go creators. Take it virtually anywhere to add just the right amount of light to your shots, whether you are a content creator, vlogger, or photo enthusiast. The W60R packs straightforward features with RGB capability, plus user-friendly onboard and app control. Another sign of its versatility is its power options. The light includes a power adapter, but you can also run it using separately available battery grips or opt for PD USB-C fast charging. The W60R's sleek design is extremely lightweight at just 12 oz, which fits practically anywhere and can be placed in your bag or even in your pocket.

RGB Capability & High Brightness
With a flexible color temperature range of 2700 to 6500K, the W60R also offers full RGB colors with all its hue and saturation variations. Switch from the CCT to the HSI mode to access a vast range of custom colors and creatively light up your scenes. When combined with its included mini reflector, the unit delivers a brightness of 3520 lux at a distance of 3.3' (5600K). Still, when paired with its reflector at the same distance, the W60R can reach up to 535 lux in red, 1440 lux in green, and 486 lux in blue.
Illuminance
With an optical design supported by advanced diffusion transmission technology, the fixture's larger 31mm LED bead provides a wide, uniform, and more consistent distribution of light.
High Color Fidelity
Users will appreciate accurate and consistent color reproduction with CRI of 97, TLCI of 99, SSI (D32) of 88, SSI (D56) of 71, TM-30 Rf of 94, and TM-30 Rg of 101.
Onboard, App Control & NFC Connection
Besides an intuitive OLED screen and onboard controls to easily adjust your settings, the W60R can be controlled right from your smartphone using the dedicated COLBOR Studio app. Thanks to the unit's advanced NFC feature, you can bring your smartphone next to W60R to quickly open the app and customize your lighting.
Multiple Power Options
The W60R is ready for worldwide via AC power with its included adapter, but you can also run it using handy, separately available PG77 and PG99 power grips. In addition, the W60R even supports using an optional PD power bank as a power source.
Quiet Operation
With an active cooling system that ensures a longer life for its LED, you won't need to worry about noise. The 60W fixture packs three fan modes, including smart, quiet, and performance, a valuable asset for sound-sensitive situations.

COLBOR PG99 Power Grip for CL60, CL100X & Wonder Series

Use the PG99 Power Grip from COLBOR to conveniently power your CL60, CL100X, and Wonder series lights. With a built-in rechargeable 97.68Wh battery, this grip features D-Tap and USB-C outputs to power your light and multiple other devices. The PG99 will give the W100 series fixtures a runtime of approximately 50 minutes, while providing up 90 minutes for the W60 series.

Compatibility
  • The grip is specifically designed for COLBOR's CL60/CL100X and W100/W60 series of video lights.
  • Thanks to its USB-C port, it can also power other electronic devices, such as your GoPro, camera, or smartphone.

The PG99 offers extended mounting possibilities with a wide range of devices and supports:

I'm really disappointed with this product. The first one I bought was the 100W RGB model, but it wouldn’t connect to the app, so I returned it and exchanged it for the 60W version. Now, with this one, the knob has already broken, and I’m stuck adjusting the light power only in set increments. Unfortunately, that’s the only way I can control it now.

Cheap build

The Colbor w60r was wonderfulbefore it failed. Less than a year old it stopped working. Battery won't hold a charge and light won't power on even with wall plug in. B&H only has 30 day warranty unless you pay more for extended warranty. Colbor has a 1 year warranty. I've had no response from Colbor requesting help via email. No customer support phone number. Light is designed in Germany by Colbor and made in China. Light is distributed by another company called tadco and sold by photography retailers. Struggling to get help with this failed lighting system. In the future I will only buy photography gear from companies that have phone support. Hopefully B&H will step in and help me get some warranty support even through they only have 30 day in house warranty.
