Rated 5 out of 5 by from best on camera light out there! Love this on-camera light! The dimmer and the beam adjustment controls makes it very easy to acheive your desired results. The anton bauer tap makes powering the light very hassle free, with no extranious cords attaching secondary batteries. Team it up with the barn door frame and diffusion glass and you have a great on camera light for interviews and more.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The only light I will buy The ID-Light is truly an incredible, yet simple light. I still am shocked no other manufacturers offer a light that not only dims but is focusable to either spot or flood! This is a HUGE benefit and quite frankly once you have this luxury, you will never want to use any other light. My company owns 3 of these lights and we use them in rain, snow, etc covering breaking overnight news. These lights are so incredibly bright and powerful that I just can not stress it enough. They are not ideal for interviews, but if you flood it and dim it all the way it works fine (maybe iris down a stop, depending on your cameras sensitivity). The bulbs take a surprisingly insane amount of force to replace, so you may be afraid of shattering the bulb in your hands if you ever need to replace a bulb, but I've never had to do this. I've only changed the bulb from the pre-installed 55 watt bulb to the 100 watt bulb (included). It's not easy, but it is absolutely doable. I have cut the wire down at the Power Tap connector side and re-soldered the Power Tap connector back on, and you can't tell I ever did anything. So customizing the length of the cable is a simple solder job (don't be one of those people who has a ton of wires all over the place). Amazing light, you won't be disappointed!
