Rather than pausing your shoot to offload the phone's memory, you can just continue to swap in fresh SD memory cards and continue filming. Please note, the module requires V90 SD cards with sustained write speeds of at least 220 MB/s. The compact module conveniently attaches to the back of your MagSafe/magnetic iPhone, such as the iPhone 15/16 Pro or Pro Max, saving up to 4K60 ProRes footage to the card through a short 5" USB-C 3.2 Gen 2x2 cable connection. A connection that also lets the Recording Module work with USB-C equipped cameras. Data is transferred quickly at 10 Gb/s, which helps with speedy video capture and data offloading, as the Recording Module also doubles as a card reader.
