The Base Plate for Sony a9 III from Really Right Stuff is designed with anti-twist flanges to keep the camera from twisting while mounted on the plate. It is compatible with any standard 1.5" dovetail quick release system. The 6061-T6 aluminum plate maintains complete access to the battery door, and the plate has an option for an available L-component that fits its modular design to create a custom-fit L-plate. The base plate has a durable Type II anodized finish and a laser-engraved center mark on the rear to align it on a tripod head.
