Missing wrench for locating pins

I love mid49 in general, and this is a really ingenious product and seems like it will work great. That said, just a heads up, pretty frustrating that it did not include the hex key needed to swap the locating pins from 10.4mm alignment to 15mm alignment straight out of the package. Now I have to go hunt down this unusual key (Torx? Allen? What size?) at Home Depot or something, in order to get this to hopefully work with all my non-Arri standard pin spacing mounts.

Serious Quality Issues - Truly Mid.

I recently recieved my Pyxis monitors after a very long wait. I found that despite the mounts being advertised as cage friendly, they were not. So I turned to Mid49's Spud. I have clamps and a few other tricks to mount my monitor so this seemed IDEAL. BEWARE - I test fit the spud and at first was amazed how simple a solution this became. Just great. Then I attempted to take the spud off. It would not budge and required more force than is safe. The machining quality of the 1/4 20 thread is poor. It damaged the threading inside my monitor. Also the anti-twist pins came deformed, like they were smashed and were slightly fatter than the openings on the monitor. Luckily I replaced the Mid49 anti-twist pins with the pins from the BMD mounts. Worked like a charm. If you buy this be warned their material and machining quality is poor. The solution is novel but Mid49 needs to evaulate both their materials and machining. Also they need to replace the anti-twist pins. 3 Stars because with some Tri-Flow and a little surgery I was able to mount my monitors. TBH I think MID49 owes needs to make this right for me.
