The BNC-0500-1694A is a field-serviceable cable that features crimp-style Elvid CON-BNC-1694A connectors that are available separately and can be easily and quickly replaced with a standard crimping tool. This feature-rich 50' cable is an excellent choice for field and location videography as well as studio, office, and residential use.

This is a very sturdy and well build SDI cable. The kind where I didn’t mind if it got stepped on. Right out of the package this cable feels thick and strong, connection points had no issues or loss. This is a great addition to any camera team! Recommend buying this cable if you’re in the market for some. [I have received this product in exchange for my honest review.]

I have been using this Elvid Field SDI BNC cable on both studio and location shoots, and it's been great. The first thing that stands out is how solid it feels. In my experience, this cable is clearly built to handle real world production environments. From frequent coiling and uncoiling to being stepped on or run under cases, it has held up without any issues. The build quality inspires confidence right away. The cable has a nice balance of flexibility and toughness, so it is easy to route around a rig or set while still feeling durable enough for long term use. The locking BNC connectors snap into place securely and stay put, which is critical when running video to monitors or external recorders. I have not experienced any signal dropouts or loose connections once everything is plugged in. As far as reliability, this cable has earned its place in my kit.
