I upgraded my old VGA monitor to this one with modern DisplayPort and HDMI connections. The IPS display with anti-glare coating helps to prevent reflections from nearby lamps. I also like the ability to adjust the monitor's height, tilt, swivel, and pivot so I can use it in vertical orientation. The monitor has enough connections that it could probably replace a small docking station. The only thing I don't care for is the white LED light that continuously pulses in standby mode.
