Klipsch Surr 200 Reviews
Great sound but terrible experience
Purchased on Black Friday as a Christmas gift. The initial unit arrived with a non-functional left speaker and required an RMA. The replacement system paired successfully with the Core 200 soundbar, but initially produced no audio. After several hours of troubleshooting and researching known issues, a factory reset resolved the problem. Given that the first unit was dead on arrival, this resulted in a suboptimal customer experience. Additionally, at this price point, it would be reasonable to include mounting hardware for wall or stand installation. Once everything was up and running, the audio quality is great.
Great When Working
Hey Were Good For About 3 1/2 Months. Bought These Back In July 2025. Now The Height Channel Will Randomly Play Sounds That Should Be Coming From The Front Driver Of The Surround - And Vice Versa The Front Firing Driver Of The Surround Will Play Height Channel Effects. Seems To Mostly Effect Atmos Content. I Am Dealing With Klipsch Right Now To Get A Replacement Since These Have A 2 Year Warranty. I've Been Going This Process Since The 5th Of November - It Is Now The 24th And Still Going. No Idea How Long It's Supposed To Take To Get An Exchange Through This Company - Should Have Just Bought Through Bestbuy. Hopefully The Next Unit Will Work Fine - If They Ever Send It Out. When They Worked They Worked Really Well, But Being Defective In Under 4 Months Is Pretty Absurd
