Fully Adjustable RGB Lighting
Even though its body is very compact, the MS60R's lens reflector can expand its output to 11,000 lux at a distance of 3.3' in 5600K. Not only bright, this LED gives you total control of the color with CCT, RGBW, HSI, GEL, XY, and FX modes. Both CCT and brightness settings are adjustable from a wide 1800 to 10,000K and 0 to 100%, respectively. Linear, S-curve, exponential, and logarithmic dimming curves are also accessible. No less relevant, the light also delivers accurate color performance with CRI and TLCI ratings of 95.
A Variety of Creative Lighting Effects
Besides full RGB for a myriad of custom colors, the MS60R comes with 14 lighting effects to meet your creative vision. Choose from flash, lightning, cloudy, broken bulb, TV, candle, fire, fireworks, explosion, welding, cop car, SOS, RGB cycle, and party presets. Enhance the dynamism of your scenes by adding these lighting effects and achieve visuals that can otherwise be tricky to recreate.
Easy & Advanced Control
A convenient side screen is available for monitoring the parameters of the light, complemented by local controls for easy tweaks. In addition, Bluetooth connectivity via the Godox Light app lets you take full advantage of the MS60R's host of lighting features from up to 196.9' away. Not limited to onboard and app control, the fixture also supports DMX512, RDM, and LumenRadio CRMX for more advanced users. The light is also compatible with the Godox KNOWLED app.
NFC Connection
NFC functionality makes connecting the light with the Godox Light app easy. Simply bring your smartphone closer to the NFC spot on the side of the fixture, and the app will connect automatically.
Multiple Power Options
Although the MS60R comes with a rechargeable battery and USB-C charging cable, it can also run from an optional NP-F battery or AC power. This requires the separately available MS60NPA NP-F adapter. If needed, the same NP-F adapter also allows for a connection to an optional V-mount battery. For AC power, the light requires the separately available MS60PA01 adapter. Besides that, the power adapter can be combined with an optional E27 adapter so that you can use the MS60R as an LED bulb-style fixture.
Fan Cooled
The integrated fan draws heat away from the MS60R for safe operation. You can even turn it off for sound-sensitive situations or choose from auto, medium, and high fan modes.
Accessories & Mounting
The MS60R comes with a lens reflector but can also accept an array of separately available modifiers, most magnetic. Godox offers other types of reflectors and a wide range of dedicated accessories. Modify the fixture with a zoom lens, softboxes in different shapes, barndoors, a diffusion dome, a snoot, a projection attachment with various lens options, and a beam booster. A 1/4"-20 thread allows for easy connection to the included stand bracket for extra flexibility.
Extremely Portable
The fixture alone is lightweight at less than 1 lb and ships with a storage bag to add to its portability.

This is basically an amazing flashlight in size. I am really impressed but am still waiting for the spotlight attachment to use with this to be available, then I will be able to compare it to the nanlite system I have been using for years and I hope that this is finally a size down. I was impressed by the strength of this light, being that it is battery powered, and quite small, even in daylight it works well.

The runtime of the Godox KNOWLED MS60R RGB LED Light using Sony L-Series / NP-F batteries is roughly 50 minutes at maximum brightness.

Does it have a DC port for connection with a V-mount battery?

The Godox KNOWLED MS60R RGB LED Light does not have an input for a V-mount battery. You would have to use the included Godox Battery for MS60Bi & MS60R (B&H # GOMS60BAT01). You can charge with a USB-C power supply, or you can use it with a Sony L battery if you get the adapter called the Godox NP-F Battery Adapter Plate for MS60Bi & MS60R (B&H # GOMS60NPA).
