Ruggard Optica Pro 15 Reviews

Well-built, well-designed and tough. With space for everything

I LOVE this Ruggard Optica Pro 15 roller bag. It has quickly become my go to bag when I travel with a lot of gear and also to store things. This is a very well-made and well-designed bag with an impressive amount of space. The interior layout is smart, and the dividers and compartments make it easy to organize everything without feeling cramped. It truly holds a lot. I am currently using it to pack a variety of lenses, accessories, and my Canon 5D, and there is still room to spare. The padded dividers feel sturdy and protective, and I like how flexible the layout is depending on what I am bringing that day. The clear interior pockets are especially useful for smaller items like batteries, cables, adapters and hard drives so I am not digging around to find what I need. The rolling design makes traveling with heavy gear much easier. The wheels are well-built and glide smoothly, and the handle feels solid when extended. The grab handles on multiple sides also make it simple to lift in and out of a car or overhead bin. Everything about the bag feels built to handle regular travel and real-world use. Oh, and it looks great too. It's very professional looking when you roll it on the set. Overall, this is an excellent roller bag that earns the "pro' description in it's name. It combines durability, thoughtful design, and a ton of storage. I love it. If you carry multiple cameras, lenses, and accessories and want them protected and organized, this bag delivers without feeling bulky, awkward or cramped. I highly recommend it. Absolutely Worth It! Built Like A Tank!

This Bag Is Worth Way More Than They're Asking For It. I Own Many Bags From Different Companies So I Have A Pretty Good Sense Of What Works And What Doesn't. In My Opinion This Bag Is Almost Identical To My Thinktank Bag Which Is Also Incredibly Well Made And Built To Last. Here Are Three Things That Stand Out... 1. The Shell Is A Thick Nylon That Feels Like It Will Do Just Fine With The Wear And Tear That These Types Of Bags Go Through With Constant Travel. 2. The Wheels On This Bag Are Large And Wide. I Own Several Pelican Travel 1535 Cases And I've Always Felt That The Wheels On The 1535 Were Too Small And Not Wide Enough And Because Of This The Bag Sometimes Tips On Its Side Easily. Because The Wheels Are Wider In The Rugged Optica Pro 15 Roller - Pulling The Bag Is Much Easier And Feels More Secure. 3. I Love That The Inside Pouches Of The Roller Are Transparent Enough To See What's In Them Easily. This Feature Just Makes Life A Little Easier, Especially On Set. The Only Minor Gripe I Have Is That The Tripod Holder No The Exterior Of The Bag Is So-so. It Has Too Many Straps And I Wish They Would Have Sewn In The Ext Pocket Rather Than Used The Velcro Attachment. I Took Off Two Of The Straps And It Works Better For Me This Way. If This Is Your First Roller Bag Or If You're Wanting To Save Money - This Bag Is A Huge Win! [I Have Received This Product In Exchange For My Honest Review]
