Compact and lightweight, the RNV-31 Night Vision Binocular from RIX OPTIC lets you see clearly in low light or darkness, without straining your neck during a night in the field. The Gen 2 green phosphor light intensifier tubes deliver a 1400-1600 figure of merit for a clear view, while the 1x magnification, 25mm f/1.2 lenses offer a 40° field of view and can focus as close as 10" away. An infrared illuminator supplements the intensifier tubes in total darkness, with an in-view indicator light letting you know it's on. Flip the tubes up or to the sides to power off. The RNV-31 runs approximately 20 hours on one AA battery.
