The internal antennas for the RODE Wireless GO (Gen 3) 2-Person Compact Digital Wireless Microphone System/Recorder (2.4 GHz, Black) and the RODE Wireless PRO 2-Person Clip-On Wireless Microphone System/Recorder with Lavaliers (2.4 GHz) are different from the antennas that are used in other wireless microphone systems. The antennas in the Wireless GO (Gen 3) and Wireless PRO systems use a new refined design and are built by RODE in Australia. According to RODE, these antennas provide a much stronger signal and the positioning in the transmitter enables the signal to travel over a further distance of up to 853 feet (line of sight).

The RODE Wireless GO (Gen 3) 2-Person Compact Digital Wireless Microphone System/Recorder (2.4 GHz, Black) is designed to output audio to cameras via its 3.5mm TRS output, and while it does not output a true line-level signal, it offers adjustable output gain that can be set high enough to approximate line level for many devices.

The RODE Wireless GO III 2-Person Compact Digital Wireless Microphone System/Recorder (2.4 GHz, Black) actually adds some features from the Wireless Pro system. Add features included Gain assist, 32-bit recording, and 128-bit encryption, just to name a few. However, the wireless distance range and battery run time are lower. Also, the Wireless GO III does not generate time code.
