The Parabolix 25 Parabolic Reflector produces a bit softer and "rounder" light than the Parabolix 20, with more wrap. It is similar to a deep beauty dish design, while still providing punchy Fresnel-like highlights on skin. This reflector is an excellent choice for dramatic yet smooth beauty shots, portraits, or punchier fashion shots. The 16-sided design and soft silver interior fabric provide a contrasty yet smooth light while maintaining harder shadows and dimensionality, ideal for dramatic fashion or beauty shoots.
This 25" diameter reflector offers high specularity and contrast, with smooth coverage and skin detail. Because it is also 16" deep, it provides smooth falloff and wrap for such a small light. Optional grids, diffusion, scrims, and flags are available separately. Light collimates (focuses) at Position 1 on the Focus Rod.
NOTE: The reflector is suitable for all Cage Mount strobe adapters.
