Beyerdynamic MMX 150 Overview

The Beyerdynamic MMX 150 is an over-ear closed-back wired USB gaming headset designed for the passionate gamer. The 40mm drivers and studio-quality audio optimization result in clear and precise sound for any genre, whether you need to listen for footsteps in FPS games with the headphone's fine-tuned localization or just want the most realistic sound possible for a more immersive RPG experience.

Play on PC or console with the included 7.9' USB-C to USB-A cable, or use the 3.9' USB-C to 3.5mm TRRS cable for analog devices. Use the included detachable cardioid microphone to communicate with teammates, and quickly control volume, toggle mute, and activate Augmented Mode with the integrated clickable control wheel on the left earcup. The softskin memory foam earpads and lightweight aluminum headband ensure a comfortable listening experience while gaming for long hours.

Augmented Mode
Using Augmented Mode, the headset sounds as if it had open-back earcups, meaning you can hear your voice and surroundings more naturally when you need to balance your attention between the digital realm and the real world.
Compatibility
The MMX 150 has full compatibility with PC. The PS4, PS5, and the Switch are supported via the included analog cable, with Augmented Mode supported via the included USB connection. The headset supports Xbox via the included analog cable, but Augmented Mode and controls are not available.
