For gamers looking to upgrade their socket AM5 motherboards, the Ryzen 7 9800X3D 4.7 GHz Eight-Core AM5 Processor is ready to let you boost frame rates and graphics settings in the latest triple-A titles. Like other X3D CPUs, the 9800X3D features AMD 3D V-Cache technology designed to boost gaming performance by positioning its 96MB of ultra-fast stacked L3 cache close to the cores. Built upon Zen 5 architecture and providing eight-core, sixteen-thread processing, the 9800X3D can achieve a 4.7 GHz base clock speed, with a max boosted clock of 5.2 GHz. Other advanced technologies that are supported include PCIe 5.0 for high-end graphics cards and SSDs, and up to 192GB of speedy DDR5-5600 memory.

ASUS ProArt X870E-Creator WiFi AM5 ATX Motherboard

Designed primarily for creative professionals and enthusiasts, the ASUS ProArt X870E-Creator WiFi AM5 ATX Motherboard supports up to AMD 8000 and 9000 series socket AM5 processors while providing robust connectivity to enhance your workflow.

Four DDR5 DIMM slots are available, supporting up to 256GB of 8000+ MT/s memory for smooth multitasking, large projects, and demanding applications. For storage, you can install up to two M.2 PCIe 5.0 x4 SSDs alongside one PCIe 4.0 M.2 2280 and an M.2 22110 drive. There are also four SATA III connectors. Install up to two PCIe 5.0 x16 expansion cards, which can work in x16 or x8/x8 modes, in addition to a PCIe 4.0 x16 card in x4 mode. With two USB4 ports on the rear panel, you can connect 40 Gb/s compatible devices or a USB-C compatible 8K display. They are complemented by a 20 Gb/s USB-C port and seven 10 Gb/s compatible USB-A ports. One USB-A 2.0 port is available for peripherals such as a wireless keyboard adapter. Built-in Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) support, a 10 Gb/s Ethernet port, and a 2.5 Gb/s Ethernet port provide exceptionally fast connections to compatible network devices.
