With this module, you can test your HDMI cables for protocol standards, bandwidth, CEC support, and missing, damaged, or shorted wiring, for a true end-to-end pro AV testing solution.
This module connects to your testing device, while the included looper module connects to the other end of your HDMI cable. With this configuration, you can determine support for data throughput (4.5 to 48 Gb/s), allowing you to also ensure that your cable supports resolutions ranging from HD to 8K. Ensure that all your pins and wires are conducting correctly. You can also measure the gauge of each conductor. When testing is complete, reports are generated in PDF format for easy delivery to clients via the HDBaseT app.
Note: 8K/48 Gbps testing may require a firmware update on the MS-TestPro 104B.
