This is definitely one of the better built RF-PL mount adapters out there. Super solid, very little play, and built entirely of metal and brass. Unfortunately, the detachable foot of this adapter does not clear the front edge of the Canon C400 body. The adapter works great on the C400 if you remove the foot, but unfortunately that eliminates your ability to hard-mount the adapter to your baseplate. I'll probably keep the adapter despite this issue, but figured I would flag this issue in case it is a deal breaker for you.
