Absolutely terrible experience

I literally cannot say anything good about this product: poorly fitting on ear earbuds, flimsy charging case with a nob that felt off after a couple of opening, extremely sensitive touch control (good luck adjusting the buds position on ear when listening), unpredictable connections to cellphone (connects by itself and drains battery, or refuses to connect when requested). Now, when earbuds batteries are completely drained, I cannot charge them in "100%" charged case connected to USB3 power supply. Any $5-$10 cheap headphones from T.J. Max are definitely better then this "Hyper" piece of equipment.
