No. The SHAPE Cable Hooks for Camera Cart (2-Pack) are designed to fit into any M8-1.25 threaded holes. The threaded mounting holes on the Inovativ Voyager carts are 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16, so the SHAPE Cable Hooks will not fit.
