While the Z6 III isn't on the compatibility list, the Tether Tools Nikon EN-EL15C Coupler Kit does work with the Z6 III.

Is this compatible with Z8? I see it's "c" type, but does it qualify for one of it doesn't support Z8?

The Tether Tools ONsite Relay C Camera Power System and Nikon EN-EL15C Coupler Kit is not compatible with the Nikon Z8. Tether Tools does not have a compatible coupler for the Z8 at this time.
