no option for LUT/Gamma display assist

i just bought the viewfinder - and found out it doesn't display the LUT/Gamma display assist on Dlog - so i can't focus properly
trying to fix it i read that i got the viewfinder with an old software version - on top of this the Kinefinity website doesn't upload at the moment so i cant fix the software update and this viewfinder isn't helping me.
in addition it needs a special current supply so you need to buy a special NP-F Battery Adapter Plate with USBC 5V output - the regular ones don't have it.
all in all this viewfinder will be hard to work with

I shoot a lot of documentary, especially outdoors. I don't really like external monitors. Something about shooting with an eye down in the EVF feels classic. It's been a game changer for me. I feel more immersed into the shot, operation improves with the third point of contact, and pulling focus by hand is a breeze with this bright, crisp viewfinder. Pretty lightweight and it's got a nice look on the camera. Would be great if there was a way to release a model with SDI & HDMI, but I don't know if that's even an option. Just would be cool to use on my SDI only cameras too.
