The flange distance of the PLx1.4 VV Expander isn’t specified. It is however designed to maintain the standard PL Mount flange focal distance of 52mm when properly installed between the camera and lens. To ensure accurate flange focal distance, IB/E Optics offers a set of PL shims (Version 2) compatible with the PLx1.4 VV Expander. This set includes eight steel shims ranging in thickness from 0.01 to 0.12mm, allowing for precise adjustments to achieve optimal performance.
