Behringer 69 VIBE Overview

Vintage Modulation Pedal Based on Legendary Uni-Vibe
Experience a piece of music history with the 69 Vibe from Behringer, a faithful all-analog reproduction of the famous Uni-Vibe pedal. Featuring easy switching between Chorus and Vibrato modes with a dedicated footswitch and Volume, Intensity, and Speed controls just like the original, this pedal will have you feeling like Hendrix himself.

With a unique expression pedal input, you can control the Speed value of the chorus or vibrato effect in real time, for incredibly dramatic and articulate performances. With true bypass, you maintain your pure tone when bypassing the pedal, free from high-frequency tone suck. Housed in a robust, vintage-style chassis, this pedal supports operation via either a 9V battery or power adapter (both sold separately).

Chorus? Vibrato? You Decide
Just like the original, the 69 Vibe allows you to toggle between Chorus or Vibrato mode with a simple footswitch, making it super easy to change modes especially during live play. Choose between the classic Chorus mode, for some classic Hendrix vibes, or Vibrato, which bends your pitch up or down giving your sound a bit of movement and a pulsating effect. Depth and rate for both effects are controlled by the Speed and Intensity knobs.
Best Signal Chain Setups
Try out these great ways you can set 69 Vibe up in your pedalboard:

  • Place the 69 Vibe as first in the chain going into a fuzz, like the Behringer Fuzz Bender
  • Alternatively, place it after a fuzz into an overdriven amp, giving you the classic Hendrix setup, which plays well with your guitar's volume control, so you can let the 69 Vibe shine when needed
  • Or place it after your overdrives and distortions
Fantastically Flexible
Having the 69 Vibe is like having a piece of music history at your feet. It runs on standard 9 VDC power, which makes integrating it into your setup a total breeze. Its rugged and reliable metal construction gives the 69 Vibe the ability to stand up to the rigors of the road and the heaviest of stomps.
