Read last for good notes: This does not have a side to side dampening so only up and down is subdued. Sand dunes, off angle bumps not recommended. I got the hand hold version suspecting this would be so. It is not a gimbal but is meant to help a gimbal with up/down turbulence and that it does well. It does well in these categoryies - Cars on cement roads, hand held walking, but this is not a gimbal replacement. Consider a Luna or Pocket gimbal camera mounted for cinematic smoothing. A Gopro on rough road is not able to be done. Its close though and you can see how NATGEO does their wicked side tracking of high speed action. This could do that pretty well. I bet with some work, this could overturn the giant versions with 8k video rivaling Hollywood given appropriate engineered conditions.
