Bad Quality Control

PNY has a quality control issues. The first and second card I purchased both had issues with two or more of the fans (sounds like a cicada, like the bearings are failing), as well as bent heat sink fins. I could live with the bent fins - they likely won't impact performance, but the fans are obnoxious at low levels. Googling after the fact reveals others have had this issue as well. The Asrock 9070 XT that I have is silent unless it's under heavy load (just normal fan air movement noise) and no misaligned/bent heat sink fins.

The power cable that's included with the PNY NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti ARGB EPIC-X RGB OC Triple Fan Graphics Card is 16-pin on one end with three 8-pin connectors on the other.
