Easily track your subjects when using an RS 4 series handheld gimbal stabilizer with the DJI RS Intelligent Tracking Module. The compact module snaps onto your RS 4 series gimbal using a magnetic mount and securely locks into place. It is designed to work with the gimbal's ActiveTrack technology for one-tap intelligent tracking and framing of human subjects from up to 32.8' away.

The tracking module can be controlled using the gimbal or by using hand gestures. You can start/stop tracking or enable different modes, such as orbit mode, POV/selfie mode, or backward tracking shots. It can easily distinguish your subject when in a scene with multiple people, so you can follow a subject through complex scenarios.

Great added device, does tracking pretty well, the gestures could get buggy at times, hopefully the next one could track other objects such as moving cars or trees etc…

Will this item work alongside the DJI LiDar pro focusing system? Will it track the subject while the LiDar focuses the lens?

Dear Customer, Hello, and thank you for your inquiry. When using the DJI Focus Pro LiDAR together with the DJI RS Intelligent Tracking Module, the Focus Pro LiDAR takes priority. No, the only tracking modes that can be switched when using the DJI RS Intelligent Tracking Module are follow/trace mode, parallel/profile mode, and spotlight mode.

The DJI RS Intelligent Tracking Module supports Auto-tracking and does not have any special added functions for the DJI LiDAR Autofocus system or motors.

The USB port that the DJI RS Intelligent Tracking Module uses should not interfere with camera controls on your gimbal.
