can this accept 4k/uhd, 12g sdi signals?
The CineTreak Stream Master SDI Video Switcher can accept 4K signals when using HDMI inputs 1 and 2. But the internal processing is still 1080p HD. And the program is output at up to 1080 60p. Also the SDI ports are all 3G-SDI for up to 1080 60p signals.

Can this stream via RJ45, connect as a webcam via USB, and record onto an SD card all at the same time?
When working with the CineTreak Stream Master SDI Video Switcher, you can connect a webcam via USB-C as well as stream from the RJ45 port. You will also be able to record at the same time.

does this take SDI input 4k UHD signal out from SO
does this take SDI input 4k UHD signal out from SONY PXW-x70 video cameras?
The CineTreak Stream Master SDI Video Switcher has 3G-SDI which cannot receive 4K whatsoever. Also to be noted, the Sony PXW-X70 Professional XDCAM Compact Camcorder also only has 3G-SDI and this does not output 4k.
