The top quick release of the SmallRig SR007 HawkLock Shoulder Rig Pro is compatible with Manfrotto and ARCA-Swiss plates, such as the Oben QR-53 Long Lens Quick Release Plate (5.3"), B&H # OBQR53, or Axler QRP-501L Quick Release Plate (Long), B&H # AXQRP501L.

The SmallRig SR007 HawkLock Shoulder Rig Pro has ARRI rosettes, you would be able to connect and follow focus handle that can be adapted to an ARRI-style rosette.

How do you remove the handles to install the rosette gear?
The SmallRig SR007 HawkLock Shoulder Rig Pro's handles can be removed by first removing the grey cover plate on the outside of the top of the handle where the handle connects to the arm. With the cover plate removed, a screw can be accessed. Unscrew the screw to disconnect the handle from the arm. With the handle removed, you will now see a mounting point with screw holes that the rosette gear can be attached to.
