For the Ipad pro 13 this was the correct adapter to use. I tried a another that was not an apple and it looks like apple doesn't play well with other devices. Get this if you have an apple product
MUST Have!

I've tried the cheaper versions of this from amazon but NOTHING comes close to the Apple Original dongle... I WISH it was cheaper, but that's what we get from using Apple products right? I have 2 of these and the only thing I wish it had was USB-C DATA transfer option. You have to spend a port to use a USB-A mouse and connect an external HDMI device... but you can't connect an external drive to this device... oh well... that's my ONLY complaint.
