This one is extremely light but still sturdy enough to support RF 100-300 2.8 and R1 camera without issues. Only drawback is the locking mechanism. It is kinda hard to operate the locking rings with one hand. Basically extending it you need both hands. Other than that it´s a great value.
Tripod is Good. Head is Worthless

The tripod is very small and lightweight. Yet it extends to a high height. The head is a ball head that doesn't have any friction control. I replaced the head.
