Does the video fluid heat Sirui S5 really have the adjustable "sleepless counterbalance"? Or its only tilt drag adjustable.

Just received it today SQ75A + S5. There is counterbalance in this video head but no way do adjust the counterbalance. The counterbalance is definitely fixed. Can adjust pan drag, tilt drag, not counterbalance.
