I purchased and plugged in. It worked. I unplugged to move to another area of my building. Plugged back in, and now the management switch won't light up, and the switch cannot be found in our network. It appears to be a complete fail. BH support tried valiantly with what documentation is provided to help support this, but could not. Microtik has no support. No phone number, and my email to them has not been responded to. DO NOT BUY. Returning and will purchase a QNAP in its place.
Awesome piece of hardware. Nobody else makes a 10G switch like this with RJ45 ports. My house is wired with CAT6A so this gets my whole home network 10G without the need to spend money on expensive transeivers. Very happy with the purchase and the speeds I'm seeing and B&H had a good price with their solid backing to boot. Would happily buy again.
