360° Presentation Experience
The upgraded Owl Labs Meeting Owl 3 360° 1080p Smart Video Conference Camera expands upon the features of the previous model to create an advanced panoramic video conferencing system. A single 360° lens captures 1080p video of everyone in the room within a 10' radius, while eight omnidirectional microphones capture audio from up to 18' away. Three integrated speakers project 360° audio from remote participants.
Bridge the Gap between In-Person and Remote Participants
Built-in Owl Connect and Presenter Enhance software heighten the visual experience for remote participants. The unit is capable of zooming in on who is speaking to mimic organic face-to-face interactions.

Control and Connectivity
A USB-C port connects to your host computer for desktop control. The Owl 3 is compatible with most web-based platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Slack. The Meeting Owl 3 is Microsoft Teams certified for increased compatibility. Its Wi-Fi connection allows you to control your settings and meeting experience with the Meeting Owl app or separately available solutions like the Whiteboard Owl and Meeting HQ.
Included with the Owl 3 is a USB-C cable and power adapter for easy integration into your meeting space. You can connect a second Owl unit to support meetings in larger spaces.

Better integrate your Meeting Owl 3 camera into larger conference spaces using this 16.4' USB-C Extension Cable from Owl Labs. Featuring two male USB-C connectors, the cable supports the USB 2.0 signal generated by the 360° camera. The cable connects the camera to a host computer for plug-and-play installation.

Owl Labs Owl Care 3-Year Support for Meeting Owl

The Owl Care 3-Year Support plan from Owl Labs provides virtual training and installation support, unlimited remote technical assistance, and advanced one-time replacement of your Meeting Owl, with "no questions asked," as claimed by Owl Labs. The plan also extends your Meeting Owl warranty from one year to three years. Installation support includes remote help for setting up new conference rooms. This plan must be ordered within 30 days of the Meeting Owl purchase, and the three-year warranty begins on the day the Meeting Owl is bought.

Training and installation sessions must be scheduled within the hours of 9–6pm east coast U.S. time. Within a few days of your purchase of this support plan, Owl Labs will send a serial number to the email you provide during the checkout process.

Advance Replacement Program
  • After you notify the Support team that you believe your Meeting Owl is defective, and you receive a response, Owl Labs will provide you with a one-time advance replacement of your Owl with a refurbished model, no matter what the reason is for why your Owl isn't working. The replacement will be sent to you prior to your Owl being received.
  • You must return your complete Owl, in its original packaging, after you receive the replacement.
  • The replacement Owl will be shipped to you within two business days of the completion of the evaluation of the Owl warranty claim you have submitted.
  • After you receive the replacement, it will be protected by the standard coverage of the warranty for the remaining three years of the warranty period.

This camera is pretty great. Purchased to elevate hybrid meetings. It is pretty hefty so travelling with it will be obnoxious. It did advertise that you would not need to download any software. Unfortunately, for the camera to work you do need to download the software. Speaker and mic work without downloading. I have been able to pair it with Teams but GoTo was not recognizing the camera.

This thing is way better than we thought, and works effortlessly. The way the camera actually follows active speakers around the room is fantastic for conference rooms. A nice surprise that we didn't account for is that Owl Labs has an iPad app, which saves us from needing to keep a laptop on the conference room table for every meeting. The iPad remains there for impromptu meetings, and works just like a laptop.

To hook up an external monitor for in-room attendees to see, do we need a micro-HDMI to HDMI cable? Or a cable adaptor? Featured accessories only show full HDMI-HDMI cables.

If it's being used to support a Zoom meeting anyway, won't the Owl 3 video image appear in the meeting? Because surely there will be a big monitor in the room showing the Zoom meeting.

What is the difference between the Meeting Owl 3 and the Pro Pack?

By Pro Pack, if you are referring to the Owl Labs Meeting Owl 3 Premium Pack BH #OWMOWL3PP, essentially has the same add-ons as the Owl Labs Meeting Owl Pro Premium Pack 360 BH #OWMOPPP361. The Owl Care is the main part of the add-on package, with the lock adapter and the USB extension also being nice to have. Owl Care extends the warranty from the standard 2 year warranty to 3 years.
