I shoot around the world and always daydreamed about a water "sandbag" - and this is the answer. They are super light when not filled - don't take up any space really. They do the job of a 22lb sandbag. I got two and just used them on a shoot. Love em. Easy to fill, easy to empty. They're now part of my kit. The one thing I would recommend is getting a 6' hose w a rubber faucet adaptor so you can just fill them on the floor. Another thing - if the fill water is colder than the air, you'll get some condensation on the bags until the temperature evens out.
I bought 2 of these for tripod use a NAB, and I did not want to pack a 12 to 20lb sand bag. These allowed my to pack light and have a solid sand bag for tripod support by just filling these up in the bathroom. A great product, highly recommend.
