Part of the brand's versatile Clic line, the 1 x 3' version is well-suited for edge or rim lighting. Strips are often used in product photography, portrait shots, and fast-moving shooting environments, and this compact softbox features a folding design for portability. It provides an integrated handle with a stand adapter, as well as strong magnets allowing you to safely attach it to Profoto A-series flash heads. Its fold/unfold mechanism makes it the ideal modifier for quick setup in the studio or on the go. Profoto supplies a soft bag to facilitate storage and transportation.
Edge or Rim Lighting
The softbox's strip shape is ideal for use as a edge or rim light by producing soft light with a long, elegant highlight. It creates lengthy shadow edges from the long side and harder light from the short side with shorter shadow edges. This essential light shaper enhances the curves and profiles of objects and effectively separates the subject from the background.

Users can pick up a separately available fabric softgrid as well to control light spill. A stripmask is also available for this model to expand your light shaping options.
