As long as your computer can support M.2 NVMe SSDs, it will be compatible with the Samsung 2TB 9100 PRO PCIe 5.0 M.2 Internal SSD. PCIe 5.0 is the protocol it operates on; however, it is fully backward compatible with previous PCIe generations. It would just be limited to the max speed of whatever PCIe generation the host connection is.
