The Wisycom SPL2216 is a wideband active combiner/splitter designed for wireless microphone applications across the 170 to 1260 MHz range. It lets you split one or two pairs of diversity antennas to up to 16 diversity receivers. The unit features 2x2 diversity inputs, which are combined and distributed to 16x2 diversity outputs. A basic matrix selection allows switching between two diversity areas, with each input easily activated via a front-panel button.
The SPL2216 supplies 12 VDC antenna bias and performs diagnostic checks on each antenna input. With integrated Wisycom Remote Antenna Protocol, it enables remote control of antennas and boosters over the same coaxial cable. Additionally, its Ethernet interface allows real-time gain and filter adjustments via the Wisycom Wireless Manager software, providing seamless remote operation.
