The NearStream AM15X is a USB and XLR dynamic microphone designed for gaming, streaming, podcasting, and basic studio recording. With a supercardioid pickup pattern, a built-in AI noise-canceling function, and a boom arm for positioning, it provides a functional audio solution for various setups.

The AM15X uses a supercardioid pickup pattern, which focuses on sound from the front while reducing background noise. A built-in, noise-canceling button filters out some ambient noise, such as keyboard clicks, to help maintain voice clarity.

The microphone supports both USB and XLR connections to fit different recording needs:

• USB mode: enables noise cancellation, real-time monitoring, and gain control.
• XLR mode: works with mixers and audio interfaces for more flexible audio adjustments. (XLR cable not included; certain features like noise cancellation and gain control are only available in USB mode.)

This mic comes with a sturdy metal desk stand that securely attaches to your desk. The base is lined with a protective pad, preventing any scratches to your desktop surface. You can easily adjust the desk microphone's position for optimal sound capture. Additionally, the dynamic microphone features a 3/8" to 5/8" conversion nut, making it compatible with various boom arms (not included) or desk stands for greater flexibility in positioning.

A 4-in-1 control knob allows users to manage key settings:

• Short press to turn noise cancellation on or off (Blue = ON, Cyan = OFF)
• Long press to enable gain adjustment (15 levels available)
• Rotate to adjust volume
• Turn fully left to mute (red light indicator)

A 3.5mm headphone jack allows for real-time sound monitoring when using USB mode. The USB connection works without additional drivers, making setup straightforward on most computers and audio interfaces.
