Its telescoping arm provides an offset of between 17 and 29.5" from the stand's main riser. It is perfect for mounting or hanging a light over a set wall or offsetting a light fixture from its stand. This arm's unique design features three 5/8" baby pin mounting points for mounting or hanging any combination of light fixtures and modifiers on a single stand. For heavier lights and accessories, remove the base locking knob to convert the baby receiver into a 1-1/8" junior pin.

Offsetting a light and modifier from a stand provides the space needed to place a lens along the same axis while keeping the light stand out of the image frame. It also allows additional space to tilt a large softbox or beauty dish for a classic Hollywood look. The knurled baby pin design provides a firm and secure hold that prevents lights or accessories from rotating when attached.

Adjustable Length
The 17 to 29.5" adjustable length provides enough extension to hang a light over a set wall while keeping the light stand hidden. The adjustable length also allows lights or modifiers to be placed in front of the stand, providing a wider tilting angle for classic lighting.
Three Baby Pins
The Adjustable Baby Offset Arm's unique design provides three 5/8" baby pins for mounting an entire shooting rig to a single stand. Knurled Baby Pins

Convertible Mounting Base
For heavier light fixtures and loads, the baby receiver's locking knob can be removed to convert it to a junior pin that's compatible with combo stands and C-stand turtle bases.
Custom KEYGRIP Locking Knobs
All KEYGRIP stands and arms are made with the same custom locking knobs with identical threads. It won't seem like an important detail until one of your locking knobs goes missing, bringing your shoot to a standstill. As a quick fix, you can borrow a locking knob from any other KEYGRIP stand or arm to continue working.

As someone who works in film and television production, I really appreciate gear that helps simplify a setup, and this adjustable offset arm does exactly that. Being able to extend a light away from the stand makes it much easier for adjustments and to keep the stand out of frame while still getting the light exactly where I want it. I use it for a variety of lighting setups, and tighter environments where floor space is limited. What stands out immediately is how well built it feels. The arm is solid, the locking mechanisms tighten down securely, and the knurled baby pins do a great job keeping lights from rotating once mounted. The adjustable length is also very useful because I can quickly change the offset depending on the shot. One of my favorite features is the three baby pin mounting points. That opens up a lot of creative possibilities for mounting multiple lights or accessories on a single stand. I also like that the base can convert from a baby receiver to a junior pin for heavier duty setups, which adds even more versatility. I really like this offset arm.
